Dovetail Creative Homes specializes in Residential Design and Construction, Commercial Construction, Green Renovation, and Energy Efficient Design. We are a Licensed Unlimited General Contractor as well as a Certified Residential Home Builder. We also pride ourselves on being an Energy Star Partner, with qualified homes in most price ranges. We are also a member of the US Green Building Council While Dovetail Creative Homes is a young company with new ideas, the partners involved are certainly not new to real estate or the construction industry. Walter Brashier, III and John K. Groome both bring a wealth of construction experience and real estate knowledge to the company. Both partners are natives of Travelers Rest and feel blessed to have lived in, and grown with, Upstate South Carolina. Walter and John are both passionate about helping to solve the needs of our growing community, while being as responsible to the environment as possible. At Dovetail we continue to evaluate and evolve as we all are learning more about Best Management Practices, Sustainable Design, and Energy Conservation.
